Commercial Title Agency, L.L.C. is a sophisticated title insurance agency specializing in all types of commercial title insurance transactions, including providing escrow functions.

We are licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi, and through our network of underwriters we can handle projects in almost any state.

We have three licensed title insurance agents, Scott Willis, Steven Serio, and Tyler Marquette.

We are agents for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company,  and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

Louisiana is filed rate state with most ALTA form endorsements having been approved for issuance in Louisiana.
